The Criola Festival is one of the broadest affirmations of national multiculturalism. Between gastronomy and music, literature and artistic expression, the event is already a fundamental contribution to the representation of the various roots that define us.

“O’YVÁ” is the new iconic basketball court in Bairro Portugal Novo, in Olaias. As part of this 2nd edition of the Festa Criola, the project celebrates the vibrant cultural diversity of this community, presenting itself as a renewed space for identity construction.

The art is by Moami, who in this work praises his personal, intellectual and artistic growth, giving a new lease of life to everyday rituals.

In this movement, Hoopers reinforces its active role in valuing public heritage, making it more accessible and open to plural representations.
