During Arraial dos Navegantes, the official inauguration of the Mural “O Milagre” by the Colombian artist ZURIK, winner of the open call organized by the Urban Art Gallery of the Lisbon City Council and the Paróquia of Parque das Nações. The painting is on the side wall of the building of the Parish Hall of the Church of Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes.

The work responds to the challenge launched in the open call with the theme of World Youth Day, “Mary got up and left in a hurry”, and shows a scene between Mary and Elizabeth, in an embrace of joy, resilience and gratitude. The artist Zurik sought to combine elements of muralist painting, graffiti and of a religious nature, in a contemporary fresco.
