Intervention by the contemporary artist based in Lisbon Mr. Panik, under the Underdogs Public Art Program in partnership with the Urban Art Gallery of the Lisbon City Council.

The artist was inspired by the architecture of the northern suburbs of Lisbon. Blocks of social housing with bold colors, also used in houses spread across the rural territory of the country, creating a dazzling and sometimes dreamlike aesthetic that awakens the imagination.
