This academic year, we developed one of GAU's educational projects, Incursões pela Arte in partnership with Lisboa Educação, at the Francisco de Arruda School Group (Ajuda) - EB Homero Serpa.
We worked with three distinct groups, all preschool and 1st cycle students, and the group of PIEF (Integrated Education and Training Program) students.

In May 2021 and January 2022 we carried out a community intervention of urban art in Bairro 2 de Maio, in the parish of Ajuda, which resulted in an itinerant exhibition, leaving an interesting mark on the territory for us to carry out guided tours with these students.

Guided tours, various work sessions in the classroom and interaction with the artist - among other activities - culminated in the execution of a mural, several paintings on the school's walls and on other supports.

Vasco Costa was the mentor of this year's projects. A multidisciplinary artist who works with illustration and contemporary muralism. We would like to thank you for all your commitment, availability and dedication to this project which, after several requests, even had a mini t-shirt painting workshop.
