In the 27th and 28th of March an Urban Art workshop was held for the elderly - LATA 65, financed by Lisbon's Participatory Budget - 2013/14 with the planning support from Galeria de Arte Urbana (Department of Cultural heritage).

This edition took place at Bairro dos Lóios (Loios Neighborhood) with the Community Development Center members (Lisbon's Santa Casa da Misericórdia), at the same time as the launching of two main events: CulturLoios Festival (17th and 21st of May) and the second edition of the Urban Art Festival MURO LX_2017 (from the 25th until 28th of May).
