Sports area at Doca do Espanhol has table tennis

The space located at Doca do Espanhol received an intervention by the Venezuelan urban artist Opens external link in new windowFlix, in an initiative of the Opens external link in new windowAdministration of the Port of Lisbon and Opens external link in new windowHoopers.

The Alcântara area, namely the Doca do Espanhol, has a new sports space, with paintings inspired by the port areas and nautical symbology, which includes the practice of table tennis, a modality for which an intervention program will be developed in the city of Lisbon between Opens external link in new windowLisbon City Hall and the Opens external link in new windowPortuguese Table Tennis Federation, to place more tables for sports practice throughout the city.


This intervention, placing a new table in the place, which also marks Opens external link in new windowLisbon European Capital of Sport 2021 , had the support of the Urban Art Gallery | GAU from Lisbon City Council, Empark, the Portuguese Table Tennis Federation, Opens external link in new windowJopinto, Opens external link in new windowSportdesign, Opens external link in new windowSocial Innovation Sports and Opens external link in new windowRobbialac.
