In partnership with the Embassy of Luxembourg in Portugal, the Kulturfabrik KUFA Lyss (KUFA) and the Lisbon City Council and in the context of the celebrations of the Luxembourg city of Esch-Sur-Alzette, as European Capital da Cultura 2022, the artist Alain Welter, was in Lisbon where he carried out the present intervention in Rua da Bombarda, in the parish of Arroios.

The intervention is part of an artistic exchange of urban art, in which the Portuguese artist Mariana Duarte Santos carried out, in the same period, an intervention in Esch-sur-Alzette, a city where a significant Portuguese community resides.

It had the support from the Parish of Arroios.
