The artistic duo from Setúbal, Explicit Citizens, painted a gable at the intersection of Rua Arco do Carvalhão and Rua dos 7 Moinhos.
They used the history of the 7 Moinhos neighborhood as inspiration.
Initiative by the Campo de Ourique Parish Council, curated by the Urban Art Gallery of the Lisbon City Council.
