Lisbon will have 5 new paitings to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April.

The Urban Art Gallery (GAU) of the Lisbon City Council gave a challenge to 5 portuguese artists whose careers represent 5 decades of history of urban art in Portugal. The same 5 decades of freedom that we celebrate this year.

Located in different areas of Lisbon, these works constitute a symbolic journey through the Carnation Revolution (Revolução dos Cravos).

From August 20th to September 10th, it will be possible to follow, step by step, the creation of these interventions by António Alves, Youth One, +MaisMenos-, Kruella D’Enfer, and Arisca.
