Jaqueline Arashida and Pitanga, two young artists, were challenged to develop an artistic project within the theme “Orange the World”, a United Nations campaign of activism against Violence of gender.

As the chosen location, a wall between Largo do Marquês de Angeja and Av. from India, with about 250 m2. The painting took place between the 13th and the 20th of February.

The “A Lata Delas” initiative, a project that aims to promote and value the artistic work developed by women artists in the streets of the city, is carried out annually by GAU.
