As part of the closure of the URB ART community project, the Urban Art and Creativity Conference will take place on the 28th of February at Avenidas, moderated by Proportional Message, the project's partner entity in Portugal and with the participation of Pedro Soares Neves, from Urban Creativity, Juliana Almeida, from Galeria Underdogs, Ana Muska Castro, from Circus Network and Hugo Cardoso, from Galeria de Arte Urbana.
