Lisbon has 5 new murals to celebrate 50 years of the 25th of April.

The Urban Art Gallery, of the Lisbon City Council, launched the challenge to 5 artists whose careers are representative of the 5 decades of the history of urban art in Portugal, the same 5 decades of freedom that we celebrate this year.

The murals can be seen in the following locations: António Alves - Calçada dos Mestres (Parque Canino), Youthone - Bairro da Liberdade (Old School Building, Tv. Escola B, ±MAISMENOS± - Av. Almirante Gago Coutinho (park EMEL parking lot next to Areeiro), Kruella d'Enfer - Costa do Castelo (Teatro Taborda) and Inês Arisca - Rua dos Caminhos de Ferro 66 and 58.
